Hello, I’m Martin, a designer and a musician.
Designer / Visualiser
I have worked as a freelance designer & visualiser since 2012. As such, I have had the pleasure of working with a range of clients, agencies and artists, including: Sky, Timberland, Coca-Cola, Jaguar Land Rover, Kiehls, Butlin’s, Marc O’Polo ,Talk Talk, P&G, Aston Martin and many more.
In this capacity, I have worked on many projects from concept to completion. With an expertise in Cinema 4D and much of the Adobe suite, I have both lead teams, and worked independently to create designs and visualise them in various formats, including renders, animations and sketches.
Musician
Over the years I have performed and release music under Martin Brooks Music and with my band, Slow Wolf. My campaign designs for these musical releases is on this website, as is the music.
As a composer I have enjoyed working for clients including / on behalf of: North Face, Vitamins, Special Projects, DDB, UVA and Ninian Doff.
I love learning, and as a result I have a few too many degrees: BA in Architecture, Newcastle University; DipArch, Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL); Masters in Music (Composition), Edinburgh University.
